About Access Workshops
Access Workshops are an opportunity to learn, develop and grow personally or professionally. Designed to give busy individuals access to high quality tutors outside of normal business and study hours, Access Workshops are perfect for those wanting to develop new skills or improve existing ones.
The workshops are delivered by accredited tutors, lecturers and professionals – making them ideal for those looking for professional development opportunities.
Certificates of attendance are available following the completion of each course.
Learn Music Theory the Easy Way with Helen Russell | March – September 18
A Cappella Ear Training with Helen Russell – these workshops will take you through the inner workings of the music you love. Consisting of six successive workshops run from late March to mid September – attend one or all six.
Guitar Workshops | March – September 18
New in 2018, USQ Artsworx is offering three short guitar workshops with significant guitarists through out the year. Each workshop covers a different style and genre but are appropriate for both acoustic and electric players.
Printmaking Workshops | April – September 18
USQ Artsworx is offering three full day printmaking workshops with printmaking specialists through out the year. Each workshop covers a different elements of the art starting with an overview of various style, moving to a specific medium and finishing with archival care for prints. No experience is necessary but these workshops are not for the faint hearted!
Somatic Voice (TM) – The Lovetru Method | 11 – 19 Jan 19
Somatic Voicework™ The LoVetri Method is a body-based approach to training, incorporating a wide swath of new tools. It is aimed at those who sing and teach Contemporary Commercial Music.
