Teachers’ Notes
Teachers’ notes detailing specific production information are available for teachers to use as a reference source. The notes generally cover the production characters and relationships, synopsis, historical context and themes explored by the text, the production process as well as the playwright and their influences.
“Future Visions” Years 11 & 12 Visual Art Competition
The Visual Art, School of Arts & Communication is holding an annual art award for Darling Downs / Southeast Queensland High School art students in Years 11 and 12. The annual award and exhibition showcases the diverse, dynamic and emerging professional approaches to art making currently being created by Year 11 and 12 students in the region.
This will be the 7th annual year of the exhibition that continues to attract a high calibre of emerging artists creating exciting and innovative art.
The Award is open to any Visual art student currently studying Year 11 or 12 in Visual Art. Submissions are open to any form of art medium. Finalists will be chosen by the Visual Art staff at the University of Southern Queensland, with the awards being announced at the opening of the exhibition on Tuesday 24th May 5:00pm USQ Gallery. Every finalist chosen for the exhibition will receive a certificate of selection for the award.
