McGregor Music Retreat: Vocals

Step inside the world of contemporary vocals for live and studio performance.

In this massive workshop you will spend 7 days working on your voice, taking away with you a range of vital techniques to assist you in your vocal development.

You will cover essential vocal elements including: warming up and down; breathing exercises; vowel sounds (including modification, dipthongs and tripthongs); contemporary vocal harmony; backing vocals; improvisation; and microphone technique.

Then you will focus on becoming performance ready through the exploration of tactics for overcoming performance anxiety, including stagecraft techniques and preparation/etiquette for live performances and recording sessions.
